Meet Curtis Oakes

Curtis Oakes, founder and president of the Oakes Group, has a passion for helping others expand their lives. Real estate investment gave him the wealth and freedom to take his firm into three main areas of focus: financial literacy, investments, and mentoring. Curtis is one of the acknowledged ‘fathers of real estate', an undisputed leader in helping people realize their dream of home ownership and investment property acquisitions.

In 1994 the Oakes Group was formed, specializing in residential, residential income, commercial and development projects in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. The Oakes Group has expanded to Arizona, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Texas with plans to expand to other states. Today he is a top-ranked real estate broker and teaches real estate investors through his proprietary Oakes Group Mentoring Program.

Curtis has an affiliate relationship with RichDad, Inc and currently is a Platform Speaker and Teacher with several engagements a year, speaking on the subject of Commercial Real Estate and Financial Literacy, with Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad, Poor Dad author . Curtis has partnered with Trump University on two educational courses, Bubble-Proof Real Estate Investing : Wealth-Building Strategies for Uncertain Times and Three Master Secrets of Real Estate Success : Take Three Powerful Steps - and Build Your Real Estate Fortune . He teaches the course “How to Build a Fortune in Real Estate” at The San Francisco Learning Annex.

Curtis is very active in the community: Board President of Nailah House Foster Family Agency, Oakes Group Coaching and Leadership, Growth Group Leader for Abundant Life Christian Fellowship, and Lay Biblical Counselor for Abundant Life Christian Fellowship.

During his 18 years in real estate Curtis has been the winner of numerous prestigious Awards and Accolades. He is a Club Net Member and a Peak Performer with Brian Buffini's Providence Systems. Curtis has been a consistent Top Producer, Coldwell Banker's Presidents Club 1993 to 1995, Coldwell Banker's President Circle 1996 to 1998, Coldwell Bankers President's Elite every year from 1999 through 2006, placing him in the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker Agent's nationwide.

Meet Diana Oakes

Diana Oakes, co-founder of Oakes Group has a genuine passion for teaching and encouraging youth, particularly, young ladies; building lasting relationships along the way. Diana teams with her husband, Curtis, as a motivational speaker in the area of financial literacy and investing, reaching thousands of students with her financial messages.

In 1994 the Oakes Group was formed, specializing in residential, residential income, commercial, and development projects in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. The Oakes Group has expanded to Arizona, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Texas with plans to expand to other states. Today, Diana's key role in the business is property management oversight and tenants as well as, the proprietary Oakes Group Mentoring Program.

Diana is very active in the community. For the last 10 years she has volunteered with the 3BC Youth Department where she teaches and encourages youth. Diana is also an active volunteer at her daughter's school and she is a Growth Group Leader at her church.   Diana has an affiliate relationship with RichDad, Inc. and assists in the teaching of the Cashflow game. She also volunteers at events.
